Availability & Communication:
- Preferred working hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM +06 (Bangladesh Time) — flexible for international clients (US/EU overlap possible with notice).
- Response time: Usually within 1–4 hours during working hours; same-day replies on urgent matters.
- Communication: Primarily via Guru messages, Zoom/Google Meet for calls (screen sharing for demos), Slack if preferred after project start.
- Updates: Daily progress reports or as agreed; quick Loom videos/screenshots for fast builds.
Payment & Terms:
- Payment method: 100% via Guru SafePay (escrow protection for both sides).
- Milestone payments: Preferred for projects over $300 — 30–50% upfront, balance on delivery/approval.
- Fixed-price projects: Most common — clear scope, fixed quote, revisions included (up to 2 rounds standard; extra at agreed rate).
- Hourly: Available if needed (tracked via Guru Work Room).
