Work Terms

Flexible & Professional Client Communication

My aim is to establish a smooth and effective working relationship from the start.

1. Hours of Operation:

I generally operate during 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM WIB/GMT+7, Monday to Friday, and can provide urgent responses outside these hours if pre-arranged.

While I maintain flexibility (2-4 hours/week for the current role), I guarantee that crucial tasks, such as sending time-sensitive check-in/check-out messages, will be executed promptly regardless of the time of day, ensuring guest satisfaction.

2. Payment Terms:

All work is based on the agreed-upon Fixed Monthly Compensation structure.

Payment for each milestone is required to be secured in Escrow (SafePay) before the start of the monthly work period.

3. Preferred Communication Style:

For daily task assignments and quick updates: example : Slack/WhatsApp/Platform Message is preferred.

For formal documentation, reports, and detailed instructions: Email is best.

I will provide weekly summary reports of completed tasks and any outstanding issues, unless a different frequency is requested.
