I am Myrnie Acop. I first became interested in the power of the internet and marketing at the age of 17. As a working student I majored in Information Technology. Then went on to work with many international large corporations in the business processing outsourcing industry. I worked on behalf of Citibank, Comcast and Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA. I have supervisorial experience in outbound and inbound contexts. For example, I worked as a Global Workforce Analyst at Teletech corporation where I had oversight regarding compliance of a vast network of workers. It is in these contexts that I polished my customer service skills. It became apparent to me that world class customer relationships resulted in an extraordinary increase in revenue.

I have done successful telemarketing with a large electronics company doing surveys and became skilled at eliciting frank and practical customer feedback. I then worked with a lead generation firm, placing between 250 to 500 dials per day. Having been successful in these and other contexts, I decided to use my skills and become an independent consultant.

I have very effective English language skills which have been appreciated by my employers. These skills helped me appreciate the nuances of customer’s needs and extended to comprehending their idioms, folks’ sayings and irate utterances.
