Work Terms
Availability & Communication
I am available for freelance work Monday to Friday evenings (6:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST) and Saturdays (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST), outside of my full-time commitments.
I aim to respond to messages within 12 hours, typically sooner during my freelance working hours.
For efficiency, I prefer written updates via chat, Discord, or Slack, accompanied by structured summaries (e.g., objective, current status, specific request, deadline).
I am open to video calls (Zoom or Google Meet) for project kickoffs or complex discussions, provided they are scheduled in advance.
Delivery & Support
One round of minor revisions is included after delivery.
Bug fixes are provided at no cost for 14 days following project completion.
Ongoing support is available through an hourly rate or a tailored maintenance package.
For multi-week engagements, I provide periodic progress updates in an Agile format (tasks completed, current blockers, next steps).
Payment Terms
Fixed-price projects:
30% upfront to commence work
40% upon reaching a mutually agreed midpoint milestone
30% upon final delivery and acceptance
Hourly projects:
Time tracked via Guru TimeTracker or documented in weekly summary reports
Accepted payment methods:
PayPal
Bank transfer (INR or USD) for established clients
