Work Terms
Before starting, the project scope, price, deliverables, timeline, and number of revisions must be agreed upon.
The client is responsible for providing the complete manuscript, project instructions, images, dimensions, publishing details, and other required materials. Delivery time begins after all necessary materials and payment or funded milestone have been received.
I provide regular progress updates and welcome clear, consolidated feedback. Revisions cover reasonable changes within the original agreement. New content, major redesigns, additional pages, or changes outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and extended delivery time.
Payments must be processed through the platform’s approved payment system. Final editable files and full usage rights will be released after complete payment.
All client materials will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission. I aim to deliver accurate, professional, and publishing-ready work; however, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the final files before publication or printing.
