Hours of Operation & Availability:
I am available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I am highly responsive during these hours and always ensure my clients feel supported.
Communication Style:
I believe in radical transparency. I am comfortable integrating into your preferred team channels (Slack, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp). You will never have to guess how your campaigns or creative projects are doing; I provide comprehensive, easy-to-read weekly KPI dashboards and am available for regular strategy syncs.
Payment Terms:
I am flexible and open to structuring agreements that make sense for the deliverable: hourly contracts for consulting/audits, fixed-price milestones for specific design projects (like brand identity or video assets), and stable monthly retainers for ongoing ad management and continuous creative testing.
