I used to work with different BPO companies since 2011 up to 2018 handling different type of work such as Customer Service, Technical Representative, Sales Representative, Collection, Financing, inbound and outbound calls, Telemarketer, Virtual Assistance, Appointment Setter, Lead Generation, and had opportunities of a position as Team Leader, Quality Assurance for some.

Operational hours: Negotiable as much as needed. In fact a have a team that currently unemployed and we are looking for a client who's going to manage my team. Who will give us a project, account, task, work, etc. and talk about how many hours per week needed.
