I am a customer service professional with retail experience in telecommunication environment over 15 years. The customer comes first and with my great problem solving skills to ensure customer’s complaint/request for information is met. I aim to make my knowledge of the product (s) my priority to better assist each client.
I have worked over eight years in the field as a debt collector, cashier and payment postings representative. I have also worked in a call center and dispatch environment, where I was highly recommended by my superiors for my awesome work.
