Work Terms
💼 We work with clients on a flexible and clear structure to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality results.
🕒 Working Hours
We operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+7 Jakarta time). We are flexible for meetings or urgent requests by prior arrangement.
💰 Payment Terms
- 30% upfront (Deposit/Start Fee)
- 40% after milestone delivery (or halfway through the project)
- 30% on final delivery or before deployment
We also accept full payment after completion for smaller projects.
💬 Communication Channels
We communicate via Guru. We provide weekly updates and are open to ad-hoc meetings when needed.
🔧 Project Scope & Revisions
We define the scope clearly at the start. Minor revisions (2-3 rounds) are included per milestone. Major changes outside the scope may be quoted separately.
🛠️ Support & Maintenance
We offer 7 to 14 days of free support after final delivery to fix bugs or provide guidance. Extended maintenance plans are available upon request.

We value collaboration. We encourage feedback during the design and development phase and ensure all decisions are aligned with your goals.
