Work Terms
Payment
I use Guru's SafePay Escrow to protect both of us. The project must be funded before work begins. Final payment is expected within 48 hours of delivery.
Communication
I make myself available to clients via email, instant messenger (multiple services), Skype, and phone (US-based clients)
Although my general office hours are M-F, 9-5 PST, I often work outside those hours. I have experience working internationally and for clients in different time zones, I often take client calls in the early morning or late evening.
