Work Terms

Project scope: The scope of the project will be outlined in detail before work begins, and any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Communication: Communication will primarily take place via instant messaging, or video conferencing. I will provide regular updates on the project status and respond to any queries or concerns promptly.

Payment: Payment for my services will be based on an hourly rate or a fixed fee, depending on the nature of the project. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work begins, and invoices will be submitted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Revisions: I will provide a reasonable number of revisions to ensure that the final deliverables meet the agreed-upon project scope. Additional revisions beyond the scope of the project will be subject to an additional fee.

Ownership and confidentiality: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all deliverables will be considered the property of the client upon payment.
