Hours of Operation
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 19:00 – 24:00 Beijing Time (UTC+8), with fast response.
Weekends & holidays: Available for urgent matters, but not fully online.
Time-zone flexibility: Can accommodate cross-time-zone projects with scheduled overlap hours for smooth communication.
Communication
Preferred platforms: Guru messaging, Email.
Instant messaging: WeChat / Telegram / WhatsApp (provided upon project start).
Meetings: Zoom / Google Meet / Tencent Meeting.
Response time: Usually within 2 hours on weekdays; complex issues within 12 hours.
Project Workflow
Requirement confirmation → Effort/cost estimation → Deposit (optional) → Phased development & review → Final delivery.
Version control via Git (GitHub / GitLab / Gitee), with runnable demos provided at key milestones.
All critical milestones require written confirmation from both parties before proceeding to the next phase.
Payment Terms
Small projects (total ¥3,000 / ~$420): Recommend 100% upfront.
Medium projects (¥3,000 – ¥15,000 / ~$420–$2,100): Recommend 50% deposit + 50% on completion.
Large projects ( ¥15,000 / ~$2,100): Milestone-based installments (e.g., 30% + 30% + 40%).
Accepted methods: Platform escrow (recommended) / Bank transfer / Alipay / WeChat Pay.
Post-Delivery Support
30-day free bug-fixing after final delivery (excluding new feature requests).
Long-term maintenance or operational support can be covered under separate monthly/yearly contracts.
