# Work Terms
**1. Project Scope**
Work will be completed according to the agreed requirements, workflow, integrations, and deliverables. Features outside the agreed scope may require additional work.
**2. Client Requirements**
Clients must provide accurate requirements, necessary account access, API credentials, documentation, sample data, and other information required to complete the project.
**3. Automation Development**
Automations will be designed, configured, tested, and documented according to the agreed workflow. Projects may involve APIs, webhooks, AI services, databases, CRMs, spreadsheets, and other third party applications.
**4. Third Party Services**
Automation performance may depend on external platforms and APIs. API changes, outages, rate limits, pricing changes, permission restrictions, or service limitations are outside my control and may require additional work.
**5. Testing & Approval**
Workflows will be tested using the available requirements and test data. Clients are responsible for final testing and approval before using the automation in production.
**6. Revisions & Changes**
Reasonable revisions related to the agreed requirements are included. New features, integrations, or major workflow changes may require additional fees.
**7. Security & Access**
Client credentials and access will only be used for the agreed project. Clients should provide the minimum permissions necessary.
**8. Delivery & Maintenance**
A project is considered complete once the agreed automation is implemented, tested, and delivered. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, API updates, and future improvements are separate unless included in the agreement.
**9. Client Responsibility**
I am not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate client information, third party service failures, or use of the automation outside the agreed specifications.
