Work Terms

PAYMENT: Fixed price preferred. 30% upfront via SafePay, 40% at milestone 2, 30% at final delivery. Hourly available at $125/hr (min 5 hrs).

SAFEPAY: Minimum 30% of project total before work begins.

AUTOPAY: Not required. Manual approval only.

SCOPE: Data ingestion pipelines, hybrid search (OpenSearch/ES), usage-based billing, AI valuation engines. NOT accepting: WordPress, data entry, Excel work.

REVISIONS: 2 rounds per milestone included. Additional revisions at $85/hr.

DELIVERABLES: Working code (Git push), documentation, architecture diagram, 30 days post-launch support.

UPDATES: Twice weekly (Mondays/Thursdays) via Guru WorkRoom.

RESPONSE: Within 4 business hours (9AM-5PM EST).

CONFIDENTIALITY: Your code is your property after final payment. NDA available on request.

DISPUTES: Follow Guru Arbitration Service.

AVAILABILITY: 1 week lead time. Projects typically 2-5 weeks.

HOURLY MINIMUM: 5 hours for any hourly engagement.

NO HIDDEN FEES: Fixed price quotes include all work described. Out-of-scope requests quoted separately.
