Reliable Full-Stack Development for Web & Mobile — From Backend to Deployment

Om Technie Solutions is a full-stack development studio built on hands-on engineering experience rather than theory. Before formally launching, we delivered a complete production system — a Hostel ERP platform built with Node.js, React, Flutter, and MySQL — handling admissions, gatepasses, approval workflows, and role-based control for real users. That project shaped how we work: build it properly, make it scalable, and make sure it actually runs in production, not just in a demo.

We're now opening up that same skill set to clients on Guru — full-stack web development (Django & MERN) and cross-platform mobile development (Flutter) — backed by professional experience building enterprise LMS systems and backend services in a real engineering role. We're a lean, hands-on team: no middlemen, no account managers relaying messages — you work directly with the person writing your code.

Work Terms

Communication

Available via Guru messages, mails, and video calls (Google Meet/Zoom) for scoping and updates
Regular progress updates — at minimum every 2–3 days on active projects, or per milestone
Response time: within 24 hours on business days

Project Process

Requirements and scope confirmed in writing before work begins
Fixed-price projects are broken into milestones with clear deliverables at each stage
Hourly projects include time logs/summaries on request
1–2 rounds of revisions included per milestone (additional revisions billed separately if scope changes)

Payment

Milestone-based payment for fixed-price projects (e.g., 30% upfront / 40% mid-project / 30% on completion, adjustable per project size)
Hourly projects billed weekly or bi-weekly through Guru's SafePay
All payments processed through Guru.com's SafePay for buyer/seller protection

Availability

Currently working full-time as a software engineer, so freelance work is taken on evenings/weekends — timelines are set realistically upfront and communicated clearly, not overpromised
Typical turnaround communicated per project during scoping, based on complexity

IP & Confidentiality

Full source code and IP ownership transferred to the client upon final payment
NDA available on request for sensitive projects
