Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (your time zone). Urgent requests outside these hours can be accommodated with prior notice. Response times may vary depending on workload, but I strive to respond to all messages within 24 hours.

2. Payment Terms:

All projects start with a clear agreement on scope, deliverables, and payment.

Milestone-based payments are preferred for larger projects, ensuring transparency and trust.

Payment is expected upon completion of milestones or as per the agreed-upon schedule.

I accept payments via Guru SafePay.

3. Communication Style:

I prioritize clear and prompt communication.

My preferred channel is Guru Messages.

Zoom/Google Meet may be used for detailed discussions only if permitted.

I provide regular updates on project progress to ensure alignment with your expectations.

4. Revisions and Feedback:

I value client feedback and allow reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction.

Any additional requests outside the original scope may require an adjustment in timeline or cost.

5. Confidentiality:
All client information, files, and project details are treated with strict confidentiality.

6. Project Kickoff:
Work begins after agreement on scope, timelines, and initial payment (if applicable).
