Work Terms

Availability: I am available for both short-term and long-term projects, with flexible working hours to support different time zones and deadlines. Please share your preferred schedule, project timeline, and delivery expectations before we begin.



Communication: Clear and timely communication is important to me. I will provide regular updates through Guru.com messaging or any agreed communication channel. I am also available for scheduled meetings or calls when needed.



Project Scope and Milestones: Before starting, we will clearly define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, and milestones. Any changes to the scope, deadline, or requirements will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.



Revisions and Feedback: I welcome feedback and provide reasonable revisions based on the agreed project requirements. Additional changes outside the original scope may require extra time or additional cost.



Payment Terms: Payments should be processed securely through Guru.com SafePay. For fixed-price projects, milestone-based payments are preferred. An initial funded milestone or deposit is required before work begins, and final payment is due upon project completion and approval.



Confidentiality: I handle all project information, files, login details, and business data with confidentiality. I am also willing to sign an NDA if required.



Ownership and Rights: After full payment is completed, the client will own the final approved deliverables, including files, designs, code, reports, and other agreed materials.
