About

I am interested in many aspects of large scale distributed systems and cloud computing. In the past I have worked on reliability, fault tolerance, scalability, resource efficiency of cloud services, and real-time stream processing. With a focus on Paxos algorithm, I have built scalable high-performance and reliable systems. A subset of these works (Ring Paxos and Multi-Ring Paxos) are made publicly available as open source projects. I am moreover, interested in analyzing the operational data to gain insights for optimizing performance and resource usage of large scale distributed systems.
