Work Terms

My standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (CET). I strive to respond to all communication within one business day. For urgent requests outside these hours, please indicate the priority so I can accommodate if possible.

Invoices are typically sent upon completion of the translation project or per mutually agreed milestones for longer assignments. I accept bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods.

I prefer to maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project, and I welcome any clarifications or additional instructions to ensure the highest quality deliverable.
