Customer Support Guru

I am a self-starter and self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment. I enjoy working from home, which allows me to stay focused and productive while balancing my personal and professional goals. I've spent 6 years in customer service and 2 years as an administrative assistant. Throughout my career, I've handled various customer support channels, including phone, e-mail, and chat, giving me a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving.

I've also had the opportunity to work in diverse industries such as telecommunications, technology, e-commerce, construction, and healthcare, which allows me to adapt quickly to different processes, systems, and customer needs. I take pride in providing excellent customer service by being helpful, friendly, patient, and solution first mindset. My previous role has also helped me become highly organized, computer literate, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Beyond my work life, I am a mom of two and a homebuddy. I enjoy any activities that can be done at home, whether it's just cooking, watching movies, or organizing our home. I also enjoy playing outdoor games like volleyball and badminton when I get a chance.
