In 2001, the Taliban government collapsed and with that started a new chapter in the history of this war-torn country. Since then the country has been going through a rapid transformation. With Billions of dollars poured into to the country for aid, a lot of development happened as a result. One of those areas that made dramatic change was education and computer education in particular. With the international troops pulling out in 2014 and the NGOs starting to move out, the funding was also reduced substantially. Afghanistan was left with a big number educated and qualified people without jobs.
PomTech ICT Solutions was founded in 2015 as a company to offer outsourcing IT solutions for international companies and create jobs for the young educated Afghan men and women with good English and computer skills in an effort to create a sustainable source of income for them.

We ensure that with every project, we practice and implement these 5 methodologies:
1) Estimate: We discuss your needs and determine the scope of the project. We consult with you regarding your goals and provide any needed guidance.
2) Architecture: Using wireframes and UI prototypes we bring visual clarity to your ideas. The final architecture add polish and pizzazz every modern application needs.
3) Development: We follow a phased, agile-like development process which involves you the client as much as possible so you always know the status of the project.
4) Extensive Review: In this phase, our Senior Developer will conduct Quality Assurance on each of the projects feature to ensure that every feature is aable to work effectively and as efficiently as planned in the Architecture and Estimate phase
5) Finalization: After getting the approval of client, we move all the developed services to Client Environment and set up the project for our client. In this phase we also guide our client on how to handle the system.
6) Support: We provide an optional support package for our client that will ensure data is kept optimized, technical issues that arise are fixed, and that development environment is kept updated.
