Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation

* Monday – Saturday
* 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
* Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays
* Urgent support available upon prior agreement.

## 2. Project Onboarding Process

* Discovery Call / Strategy Session
* Proposal & Scope Finalization
* Contract Signing
* Advance Payment Confirmation
* Project Kick-off

We begin work only after scope approval and initial payment confirmation.

## 3. Payment Terms

* 50% Advance (Project Initiation)
* 30% Midway Milestone
* 20% Before Final Delivery / Launch

**For smaller projects:** 100%
**For retainer contracts:** Monthly advance billing.

## 4. Revisions Policy

* 2–3 structured revision rounds included (as per proposal)
* Additional revisions billed separately
* Major scope changes require revised quotation

* Primary Communication: WhatsApp Business
* Strategy & Review Calls: Zoom / Google Meet
* Response Time: Within 24 working hours

We value clarity, structured communication, and timely feedback.

Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity.
Detailed timeline shared in proposal before project commencement.

## 7. Confidentiality & Ownership

* All client data remains confidential.
* Final deliverables ownership transferred upon full payment.
* Aura Innovate reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

* 7–14 days post-launch support included.
* Ongoing maintenance available under AMC / Retainer plans.
