I am a computer science graduate, having more than 2 years of experience with Buildium, Appfolio, Quickbooks, Bill.com, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Dropbox, MS Office etc. I am currently working with two property management companies : JML Properties (Hong Kong) & Kavanagh Enterprises LLC (USA) as their Buildium Accountant. My roles and responsibilities includes creating and entering invoices, entering payments, adding/deleting/updating charges or recurring charges, bank reconciliation, sending violation letter, adding or removing properties/associations and tenants/owners, sending monthly reports for payments/invoices/balances to managers, handling tasks and many more....
