Work Terms

🔹 Availability:
I am available 7 days a week — including Sundays, and I’m open to working 24/7 to meet client needs. Whether it’s a rush job or a long-term project, I am always ready to deliver quality work on time.

🔹 Communication:
I respond to messages quickly and provide updates regularly. I prefer using Guru’s messaging system but I’m open to scheduled calls if needed for project clarity.

🔹 Working Hours:
Flexible — I work around the clock to meet deadlines. You can reach me any time, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible (usually within minutes to 1 hour).

🔹 Payment Terms:

I accept payments through SafePay (Guru’s secure system)

Fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% on completion

Hourly projects: Tracked time with fair billing


🔹 Revisions:
I offer up to 3 free revisions to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the final design. Extra revisions can be discussed based on the scope.

🔹 Delivery Time:
Most projects are completed within 24–72 hours, depending on complexity. I also offer same-day delivery for urgent tasks.

🔹 Ownership & Rights:
Full rights to all final files are transferred to the client after full payment is received.

🔹 File Formats Provided:
PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, and source files (where needed)
