Podcast Manager Helping Podcasters Turn Recorded Episodes Into Polished, Optimized Content for YouTube and Podcast Platforms

I work as a Podcast Manager, helping podcasters turn recorded episodes into polished, optimized content ready for publishing and growth.

Many podcasters enjoy recording conversations, but the real challenge begins after the recording is finished. Editing the episode, optimizing titles and descriptions, organizing content, and distributing it across platforms can quickly become overwhelming. My role is to manage everything that happens after recording so podcasters can focus on creating great conversations.

My services include podcast video editing, audio cleanup, YouTube podcast optimization, short-form content repurposing, and publishing across multiple platforms. I also help structure the content workflow so podcast channels remain consistent, organized, and optimized for visibility.

I have managed podcast channels including one that grew from around 5,000 subscribers to more than 100,000 subscribers and generated over 800,000 views during the period I managed the content workflow. I also helped structure and optimize another channel that reached its first 1,000 subscribers within about nine months.

In addition to podcast management, I assist with creating engaging short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok, helping podcasters expand their reach and attract new audiences.
