Work Terms
Payment Terms: Payment will be made upon completion of each project milestone, as agreed upon in advance. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
Communication: I will be available for communication via email, phone, or video conference during mutually agreed-upon hours. I will respond to all communication within 24-48 hours.
Deliverables: I will provide all agreed-upon deliverables, such as design drafts, source files, and documentation, by the mutually agreed-upon deadline. If there are any changes to the project scope or timeline, we will discuss and agree upon revised deliverables and deadlines.
Revisions: I will provide up to two rounds of revisions per project, free of charge. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope will be subject to additional charges.
Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights to the project deliverables will transfer to the client.
Confidentiality: I will maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, and will not disclose any confidential information to any third parties.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time with notice to the other party. If the project is terminated prior to completion, I will be compensated for work completed up until the termination date.
