I build production-grade apps and AI for founders in under a month. 15 years of building, 120+ apps, $10M+ raised by clients. Recently went from agency owner to solo product advisory.
I build web, mobile and AI applications for founders and growing businesses. Over 120+ and $10M+ raised by my clients on builds I worked on.
Most of my clients approach me in one of 3 situations:
1. YOU HAVE AN IDEA AND NEED IT BUILT PROPERLY
A real software/AI product with a real data model, real auth, real payments, and the edge cases handled. Something you can put in front of customers or investors with confidence. Typical first version takes 3 - 5 weeks.
2. YOUR BUSINESS IS RUNNING ON SPREADSHEETS AND WHATSAPP
Bookings are in one place, dispatch somewhere else, pricing in someone's head, and people spend all their time copying between them. I replace that with one system that enforces the process, so you can grow fast and lean.
3. YOU ALREADY HAVE AN APP AND IT IS IN TROUBLE
Half-done, inherited from a past dev, slow, expensive, or built on a temporary stack like no-code or Lovable. I rebuild these so you have clarity, control, and most importantly are not dependent on any platform or person (me included).
MY USUAL STACK
Next.js, React, Supabase, Postgres, Stripe for web.
React Native for mobile, with 1 codebase for iOS plus Android.
I chose it because it's fast to build in, cheap to run, and you are independent once it is set up.
I spent eight years building on Bubble, with a Bubble Agency of the Year nomination in 2025, and I still take some Bubble work hourly. But now it's mostly rebuilds of Bubble apps into custom code.
That background is why I am good at knowing which parts of a product need real engineering and which parts are more about design or strategy.
AI THAT ENHANCES OUTCOMES
I've been building AI-first implementations since 2023. WhatsApp assistants, on-demand AI consultants, AI concierge services, image generation at production volume, and most importantly - AI agents that actually let humans get many times more work done by executing on business processes.
WHAT I HAVE SHIPPED
- A learning platform that onboarded 200,000+ users in two months with no downtime.
- An MVP that survived investor scrutiny and enabled a $2.3M seed round.
- A services marketplace behind a $2M raise that replaced spreadsheets and manual dispatch.
- A studio booking marketplace featured by its platform.
- A fintech product for deposit-free renting, built for audit.
- An ops platform running ten sports leagues end to end.
- And much, much more
HOW I WORK
Small scopes, working software every week, and an honest answer about what I would do differently. I always start with a source of truth - a prototype and a PRD (requirements doc). This informs all successive steps in the process.
You always own the code, the accounts and the infrastructure from day one.
I built apps on average in 3-4 weeks and make sure to hand over with a solid documentation, instructions and an environment where you can make changes and updates yourself with AI.
For updates and changes post delivery, I work with you on mini projects as needed.
Work Terms
AVAILABILITY
30+ hours a week. Based in the UAE, so I overlap comfortably with Europe, the Middle East, India and Asia-Pacific
HOW PROJECTS RUN
Every project starts with a scoping conversation before any quote. For fixed-price work I break the build into milestones with clear acceptance criteria, so you always know what you are paying for and what 'done' looks like. For ongoing work I bill weekly against tracked hours.
You get working software early and often, not a long silence followed by a reveal. A weekly call and a written update between calls is the default rhythm; more if you want it, less if you do not.
PAYMENT
Milestone-based for fixed-price projects, funded in SafePay before I start each milestone. Weekly for hourly engagements. Minimum engagement $1,000, except hourly support work.
Usually 3 milestones:
- Kickoff + Prototype + PRD
- UAT (Ready to test)
- Final refinement and handover
WHAT YOU OWN
All code, accounts and infrastructure are yours from day one, set up in your name, with me as a collaborator. No lock-in and no dependency on me after handover. Documentation and a final walkthrough are part of delivery.
