My name is Rachel Gidali I’m a Medical Virtual Assistant who helps healthcare providers stay organized, responsive, and patient-focused. From scheduling and documentation to patient follow-ups, I provide dependable virtual support that keeps clinics running smoothly—while always putting people first. I graduated from Dorsey Business School as Medical Assistant, worked for a cardiologist for two years, where I performed both administrative and clinical roles. I then proceeded to work at Garden city Hospital as Technical Partner, where I only did clinical roles for 5 years. I then moved to Kenya where I have worked as Medical assistant at Bethany Assisted Living Organization for 4 years
