Good day! I’m Rea Bless Tornilla Flores — a highly organized, people-focused professional with a background in education, student affairs, customer service, and virtual assistance. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, major in Biological Science.
Over the years, I’ve built a versatile career spanning teaching, coordination, and remote administrative support. From 2019 to 2025, I worked at an academic institution, where I served in roles ranging from faculty member to Officer-in-Charge for Student Affairs and Services. In these roles, I led programs, organized events, and supported students through various developmental and extracurricular initiatives—all of which sharpened my skills in leadership, communication, and operational planning.
In 2024, I expanded my capabilities into the virtual space as a Virtual Assistant for a residential and commercial cleaning business. From January 2024 to July 2025, I provided remote administrative and operational support—handling scheduling, client communication, and daily business operations. This role deepened my experience with customer service, online tools, and time management in a digital environment, proving my adaptability and reliability in remote work settings.
Most recently, I joined VXI Global Inc. in Davao City as a Customer Service Representative under the Management Bulk Account, where I continue to grow professionally in a high-performance corporate environment.
My key strengths include office management, public relations, teamwork, critical thinking, and being MS Office literate. I’m fluent in English, Filipino, and Hiligaynon, and take pride in being both a team player and a proactive problem-solver.

Work Terms

I am available to work part-time or full-time, offering a minimum rate of $8 per hour. I am highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills from your perspective to better meet your needs.
