Work Terms

Availability:
I’m available Monday to Friday for both short-term and ongoing projects. Weekend availability is possible upon request with prior arrangement.

Communication:
I respond to all messages within 12–24 hours. Clear and timely communication is essential to ensure smooth collaboration and successful outcomes.

Working Hours:
My standard working hours are based in GMT+1 (Nigeria/UK time), but I’m flexible and can adjust to UK (GMT/GMT+1) and North American time zones (EST–PST) when needed.

Turnaround Time:
Delivery times vary depending on the task and chosen package. Faster delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Tools & Platforms:
I’m proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana, Zoom, Slack, and Canva. I’m also open to learning and using any new tools preferred by clients.

Confidentiality:
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. Your privacy and business data are fully respected and protected.

Payment Terms:
Payments are expected according to Guru’s platform guidelines and project milestones. I’m happy to offer custom pricing for ongoing or long-term projects.

Client Responsibility:
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, clients should provide clear instructions, relevant documents, access credentials (if needed), and deadlines at project start.
