Work Terms

Hours are as needed per contract, we are here to assist our partners with an understanding that hours and needs of the business will change.
Payment terms will vary per contract due to the startup costs if any are needed etc. will be outlined in the RFP process documents.
Communication styles preferred vary as needed by dictation of the contract. We have the ability to secure inbound and outbound lines, as well have experience with click to chat and multiple lines of business support.
