Hours of Operation:
I am available for project collaboration and communication during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT +5. However, I am flexible and can accommodate discussions outside these hours based on project requirements and client needs.
Payment Terms:
For fixed-price projects, a milestone-based payment structure is preferred. I require an initial deposit before starting the project, with subsequent milestone payments upon completion of specific project phases or deliverables. The final payment is expected upon successful completion and acceptance of the entire project.
For hourly projects, I maintain detailed timesheets and provide invoices on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Payment is expected within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe, usually within 15 days from the date of the invoice.
Preferred Communication Style:
I value effective and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. I am available for communication and project updates via Freelancer.com messaging and scheduled calls. Freelancer.com messaging is the primary mode of communication for project-related discussions, file sharing, and updates.
I strive to respond promptly to client inquiries and encourage active participation from both parties to ensure efficient collaboration. Regular check-ins and progress updates will be shared to keep clients informed about the project's status.
Confidentiality and Security:
I understand and respect the importance of confidentiality. As such, I am open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to safeguard any sensitive information or proprietary data shared during the project.
