My name is Saad Arsalan. My passion for technology ignited in 2019 during a Robowars competition. Though I lost in the first round, the thrill sparked a lifelong drive in engineering, robotics, and innovation. I dived into FPV drones assembling, repairing, configuring, and mastering flight. This hands on expertise perfected my precision and problem-solving skills.
Parallel to drones, I accelerated into web development. Starting with the MERN stack, I mastered Frontend (React), Backend (Node.js), and Databases (MongoDB), then leveled up to TypeScript, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, and Drizzle ORM. I integrated UI libraries, tools like Tailwind and Shadcn, and optimized for performance. Quickly, I built personal projects, client apps, and deployed them seamlessly on AWS delivering scalable, production-ready solutions from day one.
My robotics foundation runs deep I crafted high speed Arduino line following bots, EV3 maze solvers, strengthening electronics and embedded systems prowess.
Entrepreneurship sharpened my edge I launched a dropshipping venture, developed and sold a no-code app. These taught product design, user-centric development, sales funnels, and startup scaling. Today, I use my expertise of drone precision, web development, and business communication to craft exceptional websites, and Web Apps that outperform, scale effortlessly, and increase sales and user engagement.
Work Terms
Commitment & Availability: I dedicate 20 focused hours per week to your project, operating on a flexible schedule aligned with PKT (UTC+5). This ensures consistent progress without burnout, allowing for peak efficiency.
Discovery & Strategy Call: To understand the problem at hand, we jump into a 1:1 strategy call via Zoom or Google Meet. Here, we unpack your exact challenges, business goals, and vision. I take detailed notes in real time, mapping out tailored solutions that address pain points.
Live Prototyping & Assurance: I build and a working prototype live on the call. You see immediate value, test functionality, and get 100% confidence it solves your problem before we scale.
Onboarding Excellence: During or immediately after our call, I provide all essentials which include comprehensive project contract outlining the scope/milestones, I will also provide with an onboarding form for deeper insights, and also setup collaborative tools such as GitHub repo, and Figma boards.
Execution & Iteration: Agile methodology with short sprints. Weekly progress demos, code reviews, and adjustments based on your feedback. Tools include Git for version control, Trello/Notion for task, and automated testing for reliability.
Delivery & Handover: Final product polished and I will provide with documented (user guides, code comments), and deployed. After deployment I will be in contact with you for 14-day to support buffer for tweaks.
Communication Standards: Crystal-clear and proactive communication. Primary communication will be on Slack or Discord for instant messaging. Mail for formal docs and daily standup summaries (errors, blockers, next steps). Voice notes for nuanced ideas.
