Payment & Security:
SafePay Commitment: I exclusively use Guru SafePay to ensure 100% security for both parties. No work will commence until the milestone is funded in escrow.
Project Milestones: For CMS and E-commerce projects, I operate on a structured milestone basis:
25% Upfront: Discovery, Wireframing, and UI/UX Design Phase.
50% Mid-Project: Core Development and Functional Testing.
25% Final Delivery: Final Launch, SEO check, and Handover.
Minimum Project Value: To ensure dedicated quality and premium support, I prefer projects starting at $250.
Rates & Consultations:
Standard Hourly Rate: $25/hour for all design and development tasks.
Free Discovery Call: I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation for all new projects to discuss your vision and technical requirements.
Availability & Communication:
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 01:00 UTC.
Response Time: I typically respond to messages in the Guru Work Room within 2–4 hours.
Official Channels: All communication and file sharing must remain within Guru to maintain a transparent project trail.
Design & Technical Support:
Revisions: Includes 3 rounds of revisions for all UI/UX and Graphic Design assets to ensure your brand identity is perfect.
Post-Launch Support: I provide 15 days of complimentary technical support after project completion to resolve any CMS bugs or layout issues.
Timeline: The project schedule begins once all necessary assets (copy, images, credentials) are provided by the client.
