1. Discovery call to understand requirements
2. Written scope document with milestones before coding starts
3. Build in 1-2 week sprints with demos at each milestone
4. Code delivered via GitHub with clean commits and documentation
5. Post-delivery support for bug fixes and questions
Turnaround: Small tasks (bug fixes, integrations) within 1-3 days. MVPs in 4-8 weeks. Full SaaS platforms in 2-3 months.
Payment: Milestone-based for fixed-price. Weekly billing for hourly contracts. Upwork escrow for all payments.
Tools: VS Code, Git/GitHub, Docker, Vercel, AWS, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Figma.
Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions included per milestone. Additional revisions billed at hourly rate.
Code ownership: All code is 100% yours after payment. Full source code, documentation, and deployment guide included with every delivery.
Work Terms
Overview
I'm a solo full-stack developer who takes projects from idea to production. I handle architecture, design, development, deployment, and iteration — no handoffs, no middlemen. You work directly with the person building your product.
What I Build
SaaS platforms, mobile apps (Android), AI chatbots & calling bots, third-party integrations (GHL, Stripe, Twilio, etc.), automation pipelines, backend systems, and payment flows.
Project Scope
I take on both fixed-scope projects and ongoing retainer engagements. For new clients, I prefer starting with a clearly defined scope before moving to open-ended work.
Turnaround Time
Depends on project complexity. Small integrations or features: 2–5 days. Full SaaS builds or mobile apps: 3–8 weeks. Timelines are agreed upon before work begins and I communicate proactively if anything changes.
Payment
50% upfront, 50% on delivery for fixed-scope projects
Monthly billing for retainer arrangements
Accepted via bank transfer or Safepay (PKR clients) and Wise / PayPal (international clients)
Communication
Primary channel: Email, I'm also reachable via WhatsApp for active projects. I provide regular progress updates and am responsive during Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC−5) business hours.
Availability
Currently available for new projects. I take on a limited number of clients at a time to maintain quality and focus.
Revisions
Fixed-scope projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Post-Launch Support
I offer a short support window (typically 2 weeks) after delivery to handle bugs or edge cases. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged as a separate retainer.
