Work Terms

As a professional Social Media Manager and Content Strategist, I believe every successful collaboration is built on clarity, transparency, and communication. To ensure smooth projects and strong results, here are my standard work terms:

💰 Payment & SafePay

All projects must be funded in Guru SafePay before work begins for the security of both parties.

Payments are released per milestone or upon project completion, depending on our agreed structure.

For ongoing monthly work, SafePay should be funded at the start of each cycle.

📆 Availability & Communication

I am available Monday to Friday for active project communication.

Responses to messages are usually provided within 24 hours.

All project discussions, deliverables, and files should remain within Guru’s WorkRoom for transparency and easy tracking.

📌 Project Process

Project scope and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before starting.

Milestones will be defined clearly (e.g., Strategy → Content Calendar → Execution → Reporting).

Updates will be shared regularly to keep you informed of progress.

✍️ Revisions & Edits

I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions on deliverables to ensure alignment with your brand vision.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.
