Available: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT / UTC+5)
Response Time: Within 12–24 hours on business days
Weekend: Available for urgent communication only — no active project work
💳 Payment Terms:
Milestone-based payments preferred for all projects
50% upfront deposit required before project kickoff
50% upon final delivery before source files are released
Hourly work billed weekly via Guru's SafePay system
All payments processed exclusively through Guru SafePay — no off-platform transactions
Invoices issued within 24 hours of project completion

📁 Project & Delivery Terms:
✔All final files delivered via Google Drive or Guru file sharing
✔Source files (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, SVG) included in every package
✔Brand guidelines delivered as a professional PDF document
✔Revisions handled within the agreed scope — additional rounds billed separately
✔Full ownership and copyright transferred to client upon final payment
🤝 Working Agreement:
✔A creative brief or discovery call is required before every project begins
✔Scope changes mid-project may affect timeline and cost — communicated transparently
✔Cancellations after kickoff forfeit the 50% deposit
✔Feedback expected within 48 hours per revision round to maintain timeline
✔Rush delivery available at an additional 25% fee
