Work Terms

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT). Available for urgent requests upon prior agreement.

Communication: I prefer communicating via the platform's messaging system or email to ensure all project requirements are documented. I am available for video consultations at the project kickoff.

Payment Terms: For large-scale projects (like web design), I require a 50% upfront deposit, with the remainder due upon completion. For writing and translation tasks, payment is due within 48 hours of milestone delivery.

Revisions: I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the final product meets your exact specifications.
