Work Terms
Hours of Operation
We operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) to align with clients in North America and globally. Our standard hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
Weekends: By appointment, available for urgent matters
We understand that Amazon business operates around the clock, so we remain flexible to accommodate client needs outside these hours when necessary.
Payment Terms
At Labels Growth, we offer flexible payment structures tailored to the project or ongoing partnership. Our payment terms are as follows:
Hourly Projects: Payments are made on a bi-weekly basis via platform escrow (Freelancer, Upwork, etc.) or bank transfer, with clear invoicing and breakdown of work completed.
Fixed-Price Projects: An initial deposit of 30% is required to begin, with the remaining 70% due upon project completion or after key milestones are met. Milestones can be customized depending on the project scope.
Retainer Agreements: For ongoing support or Amazon account management, we offer monthly retainers that ensure we are consistently focused on optimizing your brand. Payment for retainers is due at the beginning of each month.
