I am a Masters in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, UK, ( Dubai Campus), Associate CIPD and a Human Resources & Business Professional with 29 years progressive experience in various facets of business and Human Capital Management & Development. Commenced my career with R&D, moved over to Sales and Business Management that instilled in me a commercial accumen. My expertise in sales and business management motivated me to take up Training, where I anchored both sales and competency based training programs for organizations that I served. I was assigned to participate in creating the performance matrix for the sales team which
introduced me to Performance Management System and subsequently to core HR functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Business Partnering, Talent Management, Manpower productivity & planning, HR Budgeting, etc. I exhibit an exceptional ability to function as a Strategic HR Business Partner, ensure service delivery, develop & implement successful human resources management strategies to support corporate mandate. I also have the Corporate HR experience and understand the nuances related to it.
