Hi! I’m Sarah, a wife & stay at home mom, with two beautiful kiddos who are now both in school so I am looking for work that will allow me to do all the things I love doing as well as being here and available for them when needed.

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant position to gain new experience as well as utilize my previous 10yrs experience from the Recruiting & Staffing industry. It is this field that I have held titles of Receptionist, Recruiter, Operations Manager, & Senior Recruiter with duties including but not limited to prescreen applicants, process app with running reports, verification of work history, orientation scheduling, invoicing, collections, office supply inventory, placing ads online & in print, Unemployment & Workers Compensation claims. I have provided staffing for bank tellers, call centers, OTR truck drivers & industrial jobs for warehouses, welders, assembly line, production line to name a few.

I was also a District Manager for 2 salons with duties including but not limited to scheduling, new hires, training, shop & product inventory, nightly bank deposits, handling all the customers complaints & more.

Work Terms

I am looking for part time work & with the exception of taking & picking up kids from school, my biggest chunk of time will be during the day. I am able to work 20-25 hours/week and looking for pay rate of $20-25/hour, however, I am not opposed to and actually have a Services Package option as well. My preferred method of payment is PayPal or wire transfer to my Business Bank account. I have no problems with phone, chat, messenger of some sort, email, or text with regards to communication. I do keep a calendar on Google & Acuity so everyone is aware of times I absolutely will not be available.
