Work Terms for Guru.com
As a dedicated professional on Guru.com, I, Shamim Ahamed, CEO of DesignScenesPro, follow the best practices for project success, ensuring clarity and professionalism at every stage. Below are the standard terms for working with me:

Availability:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (GMT +6). Available for urgent projects during weekends or holidays upon prior agreement.
I am available for communication via Guru.com messaging, email, WhatsApp, or Skype.
Communication:

All project communications and updates will take place via Guru.com to maintain transparency.
Scheduled meetings and regular updates will be provided, ensuring you are informed at all stages of the project.
Payment Terms:

SafePay through Guru.com is required for all projects to ensure mutual security.
Typically, a 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the project, with the remaining 50% upon completion before delivering the final files.
Payments must be made promptly as per the milestones agreed upon within Guru’s SafePay system.
Project Timeline:

Each project will have a clear timeline outlined before work begins. Regular progress updates will be shared according to pre-set milestones.
Deadlines will be mutually agreed upon, and I strive to deliver all projects on or before the agreed due date.
Revisions:

Each project includes 2-3 rounds of revisions, ensuring the design meets your expectations.
Any additional revisions beyond the agreed rounds may incur additional costs, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Ownership & Deliverables:

Full ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client upon project completion and full payment.
All final files will be provided in the requested formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD, PDF).
Confidentiality:

All projects are handled with strict confidentiality, and any sensitive information shared during the project will remain secure and protected.
