My Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Design:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, ensuring alignment with client or project objectives.
Create visually appealing and effective designs for print, digital, and other media platforms.
Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide design support as needed.
Brand Consistency:
Uphold and maintain brand consistency across all design assets, aligning with established brand guidelines and standards.
Client Collaboration:
Engage with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and goals.
Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback to achieve the desired outcome.
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and stay updated on design trends and tools.
Print and Digital Design:
Design marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, posters, business cards, social media graphics, and website elements.
File Management:
Maintain organized file structures and adhere to naming conventions for efficient collaboration and project continuity.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
