I am self-driven and reliable person. My work is my motivation since I like meeting deadline of work presented to me. I started freelancing since I like being independent person , they say survival for the fittest and also search opportunities for myself. As a lady discipline is a key aspect to me, and as have stated in my tagline time management is also one of my value, this skills I apply them in my work.
What motivated me doing this work is am a person who likes experiencing new skills. I maybe begging this journey but trust me am committed in delivering a nice and quality job to my client and meeting timeline. I understand this job needs a lot of keenness and am a kind of person who can work in an circumstances that is am ready to work under any pressure just to meet my clients expectations. Building relationship with my client is one of my best desire, a happy and satisfied client is an achievement to me and also expands my chances as a freelancer .

I have worked in my specialized places since am a currently doing bachelor of education arts that is History, Kiswahili. As a student am privileged to have worked in certain environment, I have taught some schools and I know how commitment matters, am known for interacting well with my students hence improving their results, since first I had to understand them, then come up with a good and practicable teaching method and you find I even had a good relationship with their corresponding guardian and I know how accountability matters I am ready to apply this here in freelancing, I want my client to trust me no matter what, to have that close relationship with them, so that I can satisfy his or her expectations as I said early the more happier the customer the higher the chances.
Freelancing is not only a job opportunity but also a chance to grow my skills and also to grow professionally. Every projects needs me to pay close attention to details, following instruction carefully and meeting expectations of my client interest. i wll be able to understand that there is no work greater than another they all need the same attention to achieve greatness this means I should pay attention to every work presented to me by my clients and take it with a lot of seriousness and care.

This job will help me improve in my communication skills, clear communication is good in a job environment, I will be able to listen and follow instructions given by my client asking clarification where needed and providing updates where needed.

Work Terms

I am available for 12 hours daily ,depending on my clients requirements and project deadline. If needed I can adjust my schedule to provide a nice job depending on my clients urgency.to me my customer comes first. I am committed in managing my time to reach deadlines submitted to my, I like managing time no delay in my work to avoid jam or mis-accuracy since I will be wanting to meet my clients project. I prefer mpesa option for my services.
I value fare expectations for quality work. What matters is my relationship with my clients so am flexible in negotiation while making sure my work is compensated well. What matters is transparency. Am open to hourly or fixed rate projects with fair compensation.
My preferred ways of communication are; instant chats for urgent clarifications, for formal updates and file sharing, am available 24/7 search me through this and I will be available, guru messaging platforms for project updates and instructions. Am happy to serve my clients, for me they came first, helping them out is my joy This approach builds trust and ensure project run smoothly.
