I bring over five years of professional experience from my time at Tanance Group GmbH, where I worked as a Sales & Account Manager supporting the full client lifecycle. While my role included sales responsibilities, the heart of my work was operational and support-focused, coordinating internal teams, maintaining accurate client records, preparing reports, and ensuring clients received consistent and reliable follow-up.
Over time, I realized my strongest value lies in keeping things structured behind the scenes. I became the person teams relied on to ensure information was accurate, tasks were followed through, and communication stayed clear.
