I have a vast experience working in the BPO industry. Since 2008 to 2011, I have been working as a technical support representative for American ISPs (AT&T and Time Warner Cable). From 2012 to 2014, I have been working as an IT Helpdesk for UBS. I have also been a Team Lead for while with UBS. My most current work is as an Application Support Team Lead for an online streaming service in the US is a work from home job.
With my experiences, I know that I can contribute to the company’s goals. I am a problem solver, analyzer, and love to help other people with whatever technical issues they have.
I can work from 20- 40 hours per week depending on the business needs.
