Work Terms

• Project scope, deliverables, price, and timeline will be agreed upon before work begins.

• Work will begin after the project or first milestone is fully funded through Guru SafePay.

• Initial design concepts will be delivered within the agreed timeline, depending on the project’s complexity.

• The quoted price includes the number of concepts and revision rounds specified in my proposal. Additional concepts, revisions, or changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

• The client should provide all required information, text, dimensions, images, and brand references before the project begins.

• Feedback should be clear and provided within a reasonable time to keep the project on schedule. Delayed feedback may extend the delivery date.

• Final files may include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG formats, depending on the project requirements.

• Editable source files and high-resolution final artwork will be delivered after the corresponding milestone has been approved and paid.

• Ownership of the approved final design transfers to the client after full payment. Unselected concepts, preliminary drafts and working files remain the designer’s property.

• Any fonts, stock images or third-party assets requiring a commercial licence must be purchased or provided by the client unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds are not available after design work has begun. If a project is cancelled, payment will be based on the work already completed.

• All communication, file delivery, and payments should remain within Guru for the protection of both parties.

• I reserve the right to display the completed project in my portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is arranged before work begins.
