I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management .
I possess more than 2 years of progressive experience in the customer service field. My professional history includes positions such as customer service representative at Concentrix for Amazon Account. We help customers checking about the status of their package that they bought in amazon. My 2 years experience of being a customer service representative taught me a great deal about dealing with customers. I have developed a strong problem solving skills , how to handle irate customers and also how to be a team player.
Aside from being a call center agent before I also have experience in data entry job which is related to your job posting, we do product sourcing and contact mining. We normally use google sheets to enter the details that we source from amazon website in which our client is looking for a profitable products in amazon that can also be sell to amazon's website. We filtered products the way client instructed us. Then we do contact mining for the brands of those products by finding their email address, phone numbers and source url on the website.
I also worked as Treasury Staff at Puregold Price Club, Inc and Administrative Staff at Fatboys Pizza Pasta , Inc. all are clerical jobs.
Most recently, my responsibilities as Virtual Analyst at Amazon match the qualification's you are seeking. As a lead researcher we are responsible for product research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools like viral launch, keepa , revseller and price checker.
As the customer service representative and product researcher, my responsibilities included two or three responsibilities which are similar to ones stated in job posting. I assisted in the successful completion of my job position as virtual analyst. My supervisor also relied on my ability to do multi tasking job and be more productive in my work .
