Your Jill-of-All Trade Virtual Assistant

Most of my friends call me Shrl. I graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, took up Business Administration major in Advertising and Public Relations. As a person, I considered myself an ambivert personality because I usually likes to get along with different types of people especially at work, sharing ideas and learning from them as well. However, I also tend to get quiet and a reserve sometimes especially when I am in nature or have some creative thoughts that's going on with my mind. For me nature gives me tranquility, energy and peace. I have a long track of employment record because I've been working since 1998, but I will try to summarize or at least make it short.

Right after graduation I was hired as general clerk in an insurance company which basically assist the cashier department. I was able to learn the basic principles of accounting in my early career. Right after I resigned, I was hired as an liaison officer /graphic design assistant in a small advertising company. The highlight of my work there were to follow up the accounts receivables of our company and to assist my account manager on the creative side of our advertisements. I learned the idea and concept of creative designs and logos creation as we used Corel Draw as a tool. Then as I was getting older I thought of entering the IT industries in which I feel that was the peak of my career. I was able to work in different IT companies both local and international. I was hired in a local IT company that caters selling pc's and laptops mostly in medium and big companies here in the Philippines, then accepted as AP Associates, a computer companies based in California, Texas and Australia. Most of my duties in these companies were somehow familiar with each other. I handled the AR and AP side of the companies.

In 2014, I began to adapt the idea of remote work and I felt that this will eventually evolve. I can't resist the benefits that I can finally WFH, so here I am.
