I like helping people by getting them closer to achieving their goals
I have worked for 6 years(until 2017) in the online payment processing industry in the operations and risk department. This position has taught me how to multi-task, operate multiple backoffices and take decisions in critical situations. In the same company, I have also worked as a technical writer for various software applications. The technical writer position required organisational skills from my side and writting in a clear way to be understood by programmers. I have developed great skills in analysing problems and then visualising their solutions both through graphs and documents. This job was performed exclusively in English language.
In the last year, I have been in charge of social media content and blog posting for 3 companies. These companies operate in various fields, such as: ecommerce for sweets, baby products and blog about entrepreneurship. Creating content for social media and blogs has proven to be my calling, as I enjoy very much to generate original content, to find new angles and get audience engagement. I always do research before creating a post to check the current situation on the market, what has already been posted in order to avoid repetitions and keep things interesting.
Moreover I have helped the 2 ecommerce companies that have their website built through Shopify platform, to upload their products and organize their website navigation. I know extremely well Shopify platform and how to operate its backoffice.
Currently, I am looking for projects in the area of social media(facebook, instagram, twitter, pinterest) and blog posting because these are the areas where I can bring more value and areas which can never get boring. I can also do work in various backoffices as this is something I am very good at, from my previous work experience being able to work in multiple backoffices in the same time.
My work ethic is very strong, I always deliver projects on time and I am open to any suggestions from the author of the project.
Work Terms
My work schedule is very flexible, I can work both during week days and weekends.
